  I dine here nearly every week, so I can almost quote the menu from memory. When you consider the quality of the food, the prices are more than reasonable. In fact, they are quite inexpensive. Service is generally excellent even during peak hours. The only chronic problem that I have noticed is that their fried chicken is often a little on the rare side. Their drinks are fairly priced and generous. If you dine there on a Wednesday, you'll get a free desert: pie. And good pie it is, too.
  Any problems I've ever experienced - e.g., steak too well done - were fixed right away with no argument. In fact, they went the extra mile to make up for the inconvenience.
  I particularly like the seasonal draft beers they have. Right now they're serving an IPA that's worth fighting for.
  Especially great servers include Tabatha, Afton, Ashley, Amanda, PJ, Linda (manager), Bianca, and Courtney, to mention only a few.

  We arrived and were seated shortly. Our waitress was nice enough. They didn't have mellow yellow so root beer was ordered. Found out 7 minutes later they were out of root beer. We ordered an appetizer and our meal. Our appetizer arrived with one of the three items missing with no explanation. Upon asking the waitress we were told they had also run out of that item. Our meal came with mine correct but my husband's a duplicate of mine instead of the cajun BBQ prime rib sandwich he ordered. Overall not impressed.

  We were doomed as soon as we opened the door to O'charleys, that's all I have to say. Drove from Tullahoma to have a nice meal and service, well to say the least, very disappointed
